ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. periods can occur anytime in between one year after delivery till then no medication is needed you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and have daily walking to maintain a healthy life

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom U can start with the walk now. There is no problem in that. Breastfeeding mothers periods are Irregular. Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular. So no need to worry. Take care
