#AskTheExpert hi mam I am in to my 6 month now.. my Edd falls on 7th dec. 2021. I'm not able to spend time for cooking since I m software engineer . couldnt manage both and also no one there to take care apart from my husband and myself. also I have food cravings.. can I eat outside food??

A. eating out occasionally (once a fortnight) is absolutely acceptable, permissible and is a reasonable bargain for all the stress one undergoes during pregnancy.
