#asktheexpert hi madam my son is entered into 12th month on day before yesterday.he is 12th now.may I know when typhoid vaccine has to be given to him?.we will have 12th month vaccine also on june28th.typhoid vaccine should be given in between 9-12 months.so he is 12th now.is it ok to get both vaccines on one day.i mean typhoid vaccine and 12th month vaccine.or is there any gap should be there.please let me know

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. yes can do the delay for vaccine for the baby can be safely delayed for 1 - 2 months as the current pandemic situation is severe so can be taken after also . If possible don't delay the primary vaccine of baby that s till 1 year of age
