Hi Doctor, Good Afternoon My baby entered the 12th month, can we introduce the egg in his diet chart?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, good afternoon. you can surely introduce egg to your baby's diet in the 12th month. give Little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it. always give well cooked egg.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Try to give yolk first for few weeks. You can even use little water or milk to mash the yolk and feed baby. Later after few weeks you can give white or one whole egg
