#AskTheExpert hi madam my baby girl's birth height is 46cms and her birth weight is 3kgs is it normal or not please tell me am really worried about her please

A. Dear mum, do not worry, a birth weight of 3 kg is absolutely fine. Height of 46 cm is also fine. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete for your child’s healthy growth.
