#AskTheExpert Hi madam, I got my periods 1year after my delivery and my periods was getting 5days late every month but from past 2months I didn't get my periods and I have tested my pregnancy and I got it negative in home test pregnancy kit. please let me know what should I do further?

Make lifestyle changes as wellYou can do a urine pregnancy test as that will clear the picture. Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydrates
