#Mamypoko#AskTheExpert Hello Madam I have 3 months old baby and I'm giving breath feeding very well but today I got my periods according to my knowledge breastfeeding moms will get late periods but why I'm getting early periods is that ok or can I consult doctor pls suggest

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. irregularity in periods time is very common during breastfeeding to stop if you are not having any other complaints wait and watch but if you feel you are uncomfortable then medical consultation is warranted

Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few mommies don’t get even after an year of delivery. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while breastfeeding your baby.
