#AskTheExpert hI ma'am I had c section 6 months ago.. and since then I have not got my periods.Is it normal? When will I get it?

you can experience irregular periods or amenorrhea till one year due to hormonal fluctuations.
use effective contraceptive measures for child spacing.
take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly

Yes this is normal.
There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to hormonal changes.
breastfeeding mothers periods are irregular. so no need to worry
once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular
