A. Hello good evening !! Lactating medication are suggested for improving breastmilk supply. As baby is one year old ,if you want to improve milk supply then consult your Gynaecologist and ask suggestion. Generally lactating foods also improves milk supply - Milk, Diary products, rusk, Bread toast, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, mutton kheema, garlic milk , having more water, giving direct feed the more baby latches the more milk produces.
