#asktheexpert Hi, im a mom of twin boys who are 1yr and 3month old. i have a query regarding night time feeding. They are formula fed kids now and at night they wake up around 2 to 3 times for feeding. is this okey? and i would like to know how to stop their night time feeding routine.

A. Hello mom as they are above the age of one it would be ideal to stop formula feeds instead give them usual foods made home for the family , no much restrictions as such for them now , also animal or plant source milk can be introduced to them
