my babies (twin boys) are now 7 months plus.. please suggest a good cerelac

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. it's better to give homemade Cerelac and to avoid any packet food to the baby till 1 year of age to maintain good health.
You just need to give your baby proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables sprouted grains and cereals and fruits along with proper liquid intake which will help your baby develop soon
