Good morning Doctor... im a mother of twin girls they are 12 month old what fruits and vegetables given to them

A. hi your babies are 12 months old,so you can offer all seasonal fruits. you can offer mangoes , apples , papaya, banana, chhickoo,sweet lime , oranges,etc but be careful while offering fruits like oranges or sweet lime as they can cause chocking hazards.
