#asktheexpert Hi, I’m travelling from Canada to India, the date we travel my baby will be 6 months complete. can I start giving solid 1 week early so that I haven’t any problem in travelling. If yes so please suggest me what food is good to take in travel.

A. Look during the time of travelling the flights are long and it’s not easy for you to manage giving food to the child so best is to feed your child regularly apart from that Cerelac or any such packaged food would be good to be used during that time of travelling with a small child
