Hi Doctor we are planning to travel from india to Australia on Dec. my one year baby boy will be travelling with me. can you please suggest what sort of foods we can give the baby during travel?

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question I would suggest that since the baby is already almost 1 year old and you can carry your home cooked meal item and some snack items like Makhana or finger foods like steamed broccoli or steamed carrot along with you and you can even carry Khichdi or any form of rice that is that is of his choice
