#AskTheExpert Hi.. I'm 34 years old. I was having irregular periods since beginning and then pcod. There was problem in conceiving also so did IVF. I hv 2 yr baby now through IVF. after 1 year of conceiving got my 1st period and after that I got my periods every month for around 7 days but since last 2 months it has become 10 to 15 day s.initial 3-4 days flow is very less and then heavy flow for 7 10 days so is it normal or wat to do??

A. It is not normal. You need to consult your gynecologist and if required she will start you on hormonal treatment. Usually PCOD is for a lifetime and you have to keep managing itWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hi dear everything is possible after delivery depending on your body n hormones. It's normal after delivery. There is nothing much to worry. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take time.it may even take a year to resume for few. It differs for each mum. it's all due to hormonal imbalance post delivery.
