Okay so I’m just going to recommend you I don’t know how much suitable it is going to be for you but apart from the medicines in the treatment you are taking I’m going to suggest you to follow intermittent fasting with a healthy diet you can consult a nutritionist for that that’s going to help in reduction of your weight as well as will also help you in healing from the PCOD and PCOS issues you have certainly work for you
