For I would thyroid you should consult your doctor continue with medicines these days there is a proper yoga for thyroid you can start doing that it is like a proper course you will have to do it will be very helpful and also for the other thing that you’re PCOD and regular periods regular periods are due to PCOD only so consult your gynaecologist for that
