#AskTheExpert hi I have 2year daughter. she doesn't like to drink milk. now doctor prescribed nan lo lac, how much water added to 1 glass of water because I don't understand the labeled instruction.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. ise luke warm water to prepare, add 1 scoop of nan lo lac in 30 ml of water , like this can increase the amount in this standard ratio. tc
