#asktheexpert Hi I have 11months baby boy.he is having common cold for 5 days.what medicine shall I give??

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 11 months old and he is having coughs and cold so don’t give him a bath and give him 2 ml syrup maxtra three times a day

For cold you can give drops maxtra 0.5 ml to the child 2 times per day and try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage and simple cough and cold also give plenty of warm water to drink and meet your doctor if there is no improvement in next 2 or 3 days
