Q.

#AskTheExpert Hi I am starting semi solids and know variety of recipes. But I don't know quantity and frequency please help. I am not able to breastfeed her as per her needs. How many times a day we can feed solids?

A. Hi Best is to start solids after baby completes 6 months. so that foods are digested well by baby. Now if you feel breastmilk is not enough, you can start formula milk , then add top up after after 6 months completion.

A. Try giving semi solid food like dal water, rice starch, banana, apple purée, pomegranate juice.. u can start start first meal in morning 10 then second meal at 1pm then at 4pm and last meal around 7 or 8 pm and also give same meal 3days continuously that helps to develop taste bud of baby and also give formula milk
