A. 6 month. one third bowl.twice a day.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See with babies not every thing will go as per rules.each baby has her own speed to learn and that's ok

A. Hello dear parent! Once your baby completes 6 months you can start giving semi solids like homemade cerelac, mashed bananas, apple purée, ragi, daal or chaaval paani in small quantities. Give sips of water in between meals. Continue breastfeeding till one year completion. Good luck and take care.
