#AskTheExpert hi. I am in 7th month of pregnancy and my Haemoglobin level was 10.6. Do I need to get iron injection for this level or diet is enough? also is lung injection for baby compulsory to take for mother's?

A. Hi parent please include iron Rich food in your diet like jaggery dates almond apricot walnuts etc please include on citrus fruits in your diet because vitamin c is essential for absorption of iron
