#AskTheExpert Hi i am in 5th week of pregnancy. I want to know what to eat and what to avoid. Please suggest.

A. hi would be mom you should have good proteins, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well have almonds walnuts 4 to 5 pieces daily limit fried and spicy if it troubles you
