A. hi j babies at this age have identity of self, express their needs, refusals. try finger foods. many babies are keen on that. try changing menu altogether, give chunkier foods. all these phases typically occur in babies, do not worry. give all mashed , chunkier foods ,fruits to your baby. keep the timings same as your meal and snacks times, so it will be easy for you to prepare and feed. see child's likes and dislikes. do not forcefeed.

A. hi at first,as your child is 13 months old, there is no need of formula. you can offer cow's milk. but whenever you introduce it first time, offer it in very small quantity and check whether your child is allergic to it or not. keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture. make food presentation attractive for example offer fruits in different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter. it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food. try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents
