Q.

#AskTheExpert HI, I am exclusively breastfeeding my 2 months old baby, I have been having milk supply issues since day one but after supplements and proper eating the supply became stable, although he has enough wet and dirty diapers I still feel I have low milk supply as my breasts are never full always saggy

A. hello you can either try to express your milk and check of you have doubt or you can check on baby growth and if the baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight gain and means the baby is getting sufficient breast milk
