#AskTheExpert Hi I am a mother of 1year old . My periods are delayed 8days and pregnancy test is negative.

A. not to get stressed out the periods may get delayed due to stress or change in Lifestyle causing hormonal imbalance so you can wait for your periods to come naturally just take care to use proper contraception to avoid and wanted pregnancy

A. dear mom, don't get stressed it's very normal. I personally face my periods, got delayed by 2 months. result were negative and in 3rd month I got healthy period
