#AskTheExpert Hi , I am 22 week pregnant. I eat my dinner at 10:00pm and next i eat at morning 9 am. Is this okay and if not please suggest me a way out

A. hi mom thats fine dont worry if you feel hungry in between you can have a xup cup of milk or have a fruit have good protiens in the entire course of pregnancy
