A. Early in your pregnancy, you may just feel a few flutters every now and then. But as your baby grows -- usually by the end of the second trimester -- the kicks should grow stronger and more frequently If you don't feel the baby movements after 25 weeks you can sit in a comfortable position for at least one hour and keep a watch on baby movements if still there are no movements felt then you should immediately consult with your doctor during first pregnancy, you may feel the baby movements after 24 to 25 weeks .

A. Most people feel kicks around 18 weeks of pregnancy, but people with anterior placentas may not feel kicks until after 20 weeks. They can also feel weaker or softer because the placenta is acting as a barrier between your baby and your belly
