#AskTheExpert, Hi I am 17weeks pregnant and I have this slight itching all over body only when I sleep at daytime or night. I have work from home and use the same bed to sit and work but no itching happens. is it because of the tablets of calcium and iron, I am suggested to take. please provide your advise on the same.

Know thev particular triggers to avoid exposure.
drink plenty of fluids.
keep good hygiene.
use good moisturizer .

I already have 4 ltrs of water and 1 coconut water daily. how much more intake of fluids should I take
also I use ponds moisturizer.
what would you suggest on the same?
