Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! If you feel lighter in breasts,no leakage,baby crying not gaining weight even after feed then low milk supply.
Include milk, Diary products, rusk, Bread toast, papaya,, chikoo, poppy seeds, garlic, garlic milk, mutton kheema helps in increasing milk supply.
Give direct feed the more baby latches the more milk produces.
