Have small and frequent meals
Increase intake of fruits in the diet
Take salad and water before lunch and water and then start with meal
Include protein with each meals like daal, paneer, sprouts, beans, eggs, soya, oats, curd, milk
Reduce the intake of bread, biscuits, chips, maida contains food, sweets, suagr and sugary drinks completely from diet
Take green tea twice a day and 1-2 tsp flaxseeds once a day
Workout for 45 mins daily
Water 3 litre per day

You need to follow a calorie controlled diet along with exercise for 45 minutes daily to reduce weight, do for 6 to 8 months
Include protein rich foods like skim milk, egg white, pulses , low fat paneer along with vegetables, fruits & nuts
Stay well hydrated .
Avoid sugar. fried foods, junk & bakery products
