#asktheexpert Hi, Hope u are doing good. Actually after my delivery iam not able to reduce my tummy and that to day by day it is increasing, dont know what to do

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. try to cut on fat in foods. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.
