Q.

#asktheexpert hi, during pregnancy for thyroid I am under 50mcg dose till delivery then post delivery one month I m under 25mcg from last 2months I am not using any medicine. now I am mother of 3month old kid, 2days ago my thyroid test results 0.06 . I am breast feeding mother will it affect any to baby in low thyroid levels any medication required please suggest madam

A. yah to understand that the medicine is only normalising the level in your body and it will not cause any effect to the child even if you are breast-feeding the child so kindly continue the medicine and breastfeeding

A. Hi parent Please consult your gynacologist or a physician to take proper treatment for thyroid Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Take more probiotics and citrus fruits.
