#AskTheExpert Hi Dr. wanna ask abt my daughter deethya who is 4yr 11months old she is having lot of hair loss.presently am using jhonson kids shampoo and coconut oil for her hair....I need a suggestion for any change of shampoo or oil or any other change to be done for her hair loss

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. For at of all give protein rich foods to the child as hair are made from keratin which is a protein and change the shampoo use sebamed shampoo and massage with finger tips

ShwethaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. hi . is ur child's weight and height are appropriate for her age? if not she is malnourished. give her protein rich diet and if she is anaemic . give her iron rich foods along with protein and vitamins. . and use hair products with less chemicals.

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom..definitely hair loss is not normal at such young age..please consult your paediatrician for proper diagnosis and treatment . as of now switch to Babyhug shampoo..this is very mild on babys hairs and scalp. it is dermatollogicaly tested too
