Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. if the three months old baby has not pass motion since 3 days this is normal in this age but still for a good digestion you can give bonnisan drops and drops twice a day

No need to worry
No stool till seven to eight days is considered as normal
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
Maintain hydration
