#AskTheExpert hi dr mahesh my baby is 9 month old and she has diaper rash ( red blisters) that does better with candid ointment but again reoccurs....m using sudecrem and coconut oil as well..wt should I do to prevent relapse

A. hi, Change diapers often to avoid long contact with moisture. Apply diaper cream at every diaper change to create a protective barrier that keeps moisture out. Treat diaper rashes with cream at the first sign to soothe and calm raging red skin. Give him diaper free for a really uncomfortable rash (this can get messy, but sometimes a bare bottom is necessary).
