#AskTheExpert hi dr i was taking triqular 21 from 15th of April i completed the first pack ,without waiting for periods, i started with the new pack and taken 6 days tabs already will be there any consequence. what should I do now should I wait for periods and then start new pack of should I continue the tabs please help me out

A. ni need to wait for menses. ok you can give a gap of seven days and tgen start new pack. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
