firstly take the iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your gynaecologist as a breastfeeding mom it is important. Take iron, calcium, fibre rich food. Take adequate liquid like buttermilk am a fresh fruit juice made at home, coconut water, water and keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hair. Have a walk around the house, start doing yoga which is good to keep yourself fit.
Take a tablespoon of castor oil and 2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Lightly warm and apply to hair and gently give a massage leave it for half an hour and take bath. Always use lukewarm water to take head bath. And use mild shampoo. Avoid too much of hot water. Expose yourself to sunlight for about 15 to 20 minutes in a dayWrite Your Answer Here
