#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, My son hair is very thin, he is 4 yrs old, how to improve his hair quality. Is it ok to little hair fall of the kid of 4 yrs. though i am using mamaearth hair oil but i didn't see any improvement on it. kindly suggest. Regards.

A. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone . A good care along free with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

A. hello....Mostly it is preferable to use virgin pure oils for baby's hair which are very soft n for delicate.... Sesame oil, Olive oil, Mustard oil, and Coconut oil are some of the oils that you can use for your baby's delicate scalp n never let dandruf form or any dryness...and if problem persist show to dermatologist
