hello! could you please suggest some remedies to improve my girl's hair quality and quantity. ger hair is very thin.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You should trim the hair on quarterly basis to improve density abd massage the hair with coconut oil and use mild baby shampoo abd give protein rich foods like lentils soya paneer tofu

U Can you try going for a mixture of almond oil and castor oil where one portion of almond oil should be taken I am a quarter portion of castor oil should be taken mix them together and then you start applying it on regular basis I think that is going to be one of the most effective things to use
