#asktheexpert hi doctor my baby is 13 months old now exact one month ago my baby got fever and reports are WBC 17 lakhs & platelets 460 after treatment she's very fine only this fine in 10 days from one weak onwards she got same fever again and reports are WBC 19 lakhs & platelets 428 . why my baby getting again & again this type of fever is it danger doc?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. there is need to do special investigations like culture sensitivity. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
