A. Vitamins B6, B12, and Folate: These vitamins are crucial for WBC production. Foods rich in these include liver, eggs, broccoli, leafy greens, pulses, and lentils Zinc: This mineral is essential for immune function and can be found in oysters, crab meat, turkey, and fortified cereal Vitamin C: Citrus fruits, berries, and leafy greens are excellent sources of vitamin C, which helps in the production and function of white blood cells.
