#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, My 3.5 yr old girl weighs only 11.8 kg. she is not intrested eating. while waking up from sleep she shows a lots of tantrums if she do not get breastfeed. Is this tantrums because she is not having enough food? she have 2 glass milk, 1 dosa and 1 small banana only in a day. Also breastfeed while sleeping at night(wakes up intermittently for that).

stop breastfeeding the baby at this age and also provide proper physical activities so that hunger stimulation is there and also give sufficient Fluids in the diet
