#AskTheExpert Hi doctor. is postpartum period affect breast milk supply? bcz i noticed sudden change in milk flow (less milk supply) after having my 1st period postpartum. Thanks

Author of questionMom of a 5 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Thank you so much.. one more question. My baby is 4 months old. from past 2 days she vomits all the milk she feed after burping. don't know whether it is due to cold or some infection.. and noticed she is more fussy and cranky than earlier.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. no dear period will not affect the milk supply.. still if you feel so you can take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan.. take green papaya bitter gourd drumstick bottle gourd fennel seeds jeera oats sabudana dalia ragi.. to increase milk..
