Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. dear mother as a feeding mother you must stay hydrated and eat healthy at regular intervals you must also start adding Jeera in your daily diet you can make a mixture of jaggery and Resort a in ghee and have it regularly with hot glass of milk and this will give you good supply
