#AskTheExpert hi doctor.im breastfeeding mother and my baby is 4 months old. From past 20 days my baby having cold and dry cough and Recently i got cold and cough.can i breastfeed as usual? should I avoid any foods like mangoes or milk ???

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. You should continue breastfeeding the child and you can eat whatever you want to eat it is not going to affect your child in any manner and there is no restriction on any fruit or vegetable to be consumed if you’re suffering with cold and cough
