#AskTheExpert hi doctor , I am concerned about the the growth of my son, je was about 16 kg and 3.4 feet long at the age of 4 but for last 1 and half years his weight is just 17 kg and hight is 3.6.

For good growth of weight and height and good skin and hair growth along with for immunity a balanced diet containing of green vegetable and fruits and all type of cereal and some protein like egg or paneer is given . Protein powder like pediasure after 2 yr of age only with milk
