#AskTheExpert Hi doc. I got my periods after 9 months of my delivery. The flow was normal, then after 35 days and this time I got them only after 15 days and that too for 6 days with very heavy flow. Now I am feeling very weak. I have shivering in my arms and legs. what to do? is this normal?

A. no desr this is not normal at all getting periods two times a month sometimes can be because of hormonal changes but getting too much heavy flow which is making you feel weak is not good at all deficiency u need to get urself checked
