Q.

#AskTheExpert hi doc... How to reduce the tummy after delivery.. my baby is 3 month old now but my tummy is still look like I am 5 month pregnent. Delivery is C sec. please suggest what to do and when I start Gym to reduce this fat.

A. you can start with daily walking and mild exercise and slowly after five to six months of your delivery you can move out for heavy workouts to reduce your timing

A. Hello mom It will take time and it will go by its own within a time but you should not start doing any sort of exercise or yoga till baby turned six months old. Because body needs total rest till six months after delivery so don’t do any dieting or any exercise till six months after that you can start doing yoga or exercise.
