A. salads n proteins. cut on ghee.Try to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .If you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

A. hi to reduce your weight,you must start doing exercises, yoga or pranayam daily. Along with that make some dietary changes like prefer to take food items which are full of fibers. for example you can take more and more green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
